It’s the Santa-mental yuletide season again! Although we might not get to experience real snow or reindeers in Singapore, Hotel Jen Orchardgateway have a few tricks ready for you to spice up this festive season with a Jen Twist!
Back by popular demand! The wildly popular Laksa Turkey is making its return to Hotel Jen Orchardgateway Singapore this Christmas! Inspired to create a speciality that’s close to the locals’ hearts and unique to travellers who’d like a taste of Singapore, our team of chefs at Makan@Jen have brought a “Jen Twist’ to the traditional roast turkey and have created a Laksa Spiced Turkey using our signature, homemade Laksa paste. It is smoked with charcoal and served with our signature Jen’s Laksa Fried Rice with chestnuts and a Morello cherry compote.
The buffet selection features Roast Young Lamb with Asian spices and mint jus, Lemongrass Marinated USA Prime Ribs, Beef Wellington, and a whole roasted leg of Gammon ham with pineapple cinnamon gravy. The spread also includes Christmas puddings, Christmas cupcakes and a Yule strawberry vanilla log cake.
