Indulge in the finest from the French ocean with a fantastic oysters festival at Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar this September!
Specially imported from France, the “Royal Oyster” Grand Cru de France is a vintage, special deep-cupped oyster harvested in a naturally-iodized environment. This noble shellfish is a product of a rigorous selection and is traditionally matured in the Artouan marsh south of Marenes, on the Atlantic coast of France. Caressed by the ebb and flow of the tide, these oysters acquire pearly ornaments and develop an unique iodized taste all year long.
Coming from a long line of ostreiculteurs who served King Louis XIV, King of France, Fabrice and Denis, grandsons of a family of oyster farmers, continue to cultivate their passion in its purest form, still picking oysters individually, just like their ancestors did 300 years ago.
From 28 September to 1 October, these two passionate French oyster farmers, will be making appearances at Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar, offering exclusive insights to oyster farming. They will be accompanied by their gourmet specialist from Paris who will provide tasting notes and food pairing ideas.
The signature varieties include oyster La Royale N1, La Royale N3, Wild oyster N3 and Fine Selection, with prices starting at $5 and served individually, in a portion of 3, 6 or by the dozens. The “Royal Oysters” are available from 28 September to 31 October while stocks last.
From sea to table, the “Royal Oysters” are perfect for after-work dining, drinks with friends or a weekend session – with Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar, your nights of September and October will be well-sorted!
