Feast on international delicacies, seafood highlights, and Easter specialities, alongside a complementary children-friendly buffet, at the HFC Grand Marquee – Singapore’s largest air-conditioned indoor venue of its kind in a hotel.
Whet your palate with starters such as Classic Salmon Deviled Eggs, Rotisserie Pulled Chicken Cobb Salad, and French Smoked Duck with Orange Mint Salsa. Hearty roasts from the carvery including Whole Roasted Turkey and Plum-glazed Gammon Ham will be right up the alley for meat lovers.
Sweeten your spirits with a selection of vibrant dessert displays. Enticing sweets include the Warm Chocolate Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauace, Cream Cheese Crumble, Pistachio and Strawberry Verrines, while classic Easter-inspired desserts like traditional Hot Cross Buns, colourful Easter Eggs, adorable Easter Bunny Cakes and cutesy Baby Bunny Cookies will be sure to delight diners of all ages.

While the grown-ups wine and dine, the juniors will be kept occupied throughout the afternoon with a series of engaging games and programmes.
In line with the theme for this year, young members of the family are encouraged to don their most adorable animal costume for the “Friends of the Forest” Best Dressed Contest with attractive prizes to be won. Think cute critters the likes of rabbit, chipmunk, deer, bear, fox and more! The day’s activities will culminate in a quintessential jungle-themed Easter Egg Hunt at our picturesque Garden Terrace.
In addition, young guests can embrace their creative side by participating in our Cookie Decoration and Easter Bunny Mask Making workshops.
