SINGAPORE – Executive Pastry Chef Richard has given a complete floral makeover to our afternoon tea and it is bloomin’ delicious.
Each of his hand-crafted pastries are a tribute to the exquisite botanicals in the region. Sink your teeth into the playful Purple Mimosa ball to reveal a hidden Earl Grey Mousse whilst the crumbly sable base adds a buttery finish to this pastry. More surprises await you when you sample the Rosella Tart that is perfumed with rose and vanilla.
Head turning sandwiches such as Chrysanthemum Brioche with Pulled Chicken Confit and homemade scones also feature alongside an extensive selection of light and fruity loose leaf Ronnefeldt tea with flavours ranging from Soft Peach to Fresh Rhubarb rounded off with the delicate sweetness of Bourbon Vanilla.
Diners will also be treated to a complimentary “Ginger Rose Fizz” welcome beverage.
