In honour of Enzo Ferrari’s 120th birthday, Publico Ristorante will pay homage to his birthplace of Modena. The legendary Founder of Ferrari is renowned for dominating the Grand Prix races from as far back as the 1950’s. Menu highlights at Publico will include Enzo Ferrari’s favourite recipe, Tortellini della Signora Cesira – tortellini sautéed with butter, sage and parmesan.
Not to be missed on this special occasion will be the free flow AIX Rosé, priced at S$90++ per person for three hours. The reinvigorating rosé is perfect for summer drinking and will also be available by the bottle, magnum or jeraboam.
