In the upcoming month that marks Singapore’s 54th birthday, One Raffles Place will be collaborating with Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society to host a series of activities to commemorate this special occasion.
Shoppers can reminisce Singapore’s heritage at Craft of Hope, a display of Singapore-related clay crafts like the durian and orchids, made from start to finish by beneficiaries of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society. To get into the heart of giving, shoppers can donate to the Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society via a QR code to encourage people to make donations via eNets or Paylah! Shoppers can make an impact with just a few clicks on their mobile phones and donate for a good cause.
Shoppers can unlock the artist in them with exciting events such as the Clay Coiling workshop, where they can let out their creative side and enjoy a heart-warming session with the beneficiaries of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society. Apart from that they can also take part in the Waterbrush Lettering Workshop conducted by the Health Promotion Board (HPB), where one can express their creativity with words.
For something more adrenaline pumping, shoppers can sweat it out and enjoy a wholesome hour of physical activity at the BODY COMBATTM session held by Virgin Active, crowned as one of the best workouts for cardiovascular health.
