theatres, with Thai and Korean cuisines making a debut on the buffet menu helmed by Chef de Cuisine Howard Leong.

Guests with a penchant for spicy, sweet, savoury and tangy cuisine rejoice! The daily dinner buffet at Edge has been enhanced with a new Thai station. Savour an array of Thai specialties infused with traditional herbs and spices including Tom Saap (Thai White Tom Yum Soup), Pad Kra Pow (Stir-fried Holy Basil Minced Pork), Barbecued Giant Pla Meuk (Barbecued Squid), Pla Ka Pong Neng Ma Nao (Lime Garlic Steamed Fish) and Yum Woon Sen (Seafood Glass Noodle Salad).
Korean (New!)
Riding the tides of the K-Pop wave that has hit Singapore’s sunny shores, Edge presents a selection of Korean favourites ranging from authentic delicacies to addictive snacks. Indulge in popular Korean staples such as Doenjang Gui (Pork Belly Marinated in Bean Paste), Samgyetang (Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup), Galbi Jjim (Soy Braised Beef Ribs), Haejangguk (Hangover Stew), and Kimchi Bokkeumbap (Kimchi Fried Rice).
Other than Thai and Korean cuisines, you can also enjoy local delights such as the Singapore Nyonya Laksa, Chilli Crab with Deep-fried Golden Buns, Satay and more. International spread such as Lok-Lok from Malaysia, Cantonese Roast Duck, Tandoori Lamb Chop, Udang Masak Lemak Nenas, sushi and fresh seafood are available too.
