Was supposed to head down for a brunch tasting session at raffles hotel last saturday but i didn’t managed to make it as i was already running late and the cab i took decided to brake down… so in the end i went for brunch with Mr C, since he is looking for someone to brunch together at DOC Document of Caffeine which both of us wanted to try out. :)
Celebrated one of my bbfs, Waimeng birthday at Café Crema, a nice cosy cafe located at Gardens by the bay. It’s not that difficult to locate as it’s along the taxi stand and within a min walking distance from the ticketing counter. The cafe over here sells mainly pasta and sandwiches. So be it lazing around on a afternoon in the cafe with a cup of coffee, or having a proper meal for your dinner, this will probably be one of the best choice for you when you are at Gardens by the bay.
As what we’ve promised earlier on, we always go a good meal for lunch after getting our pay of the month. Previously, we went for lunch at TCC and this time round, we went for lunch at caramel :D Simply love the decor and ambience of the restaurant and food was overall ok, didn’t surprise us but didn’t disappoint us as well. :D basically, what u can order from there are cakes, pasta ans sandwiches. We ordered spaghetti. Both me and Kiki ordered the Creamy Onion and Bacon Spaghetti. Diana ordered the Creamy Smoked Salmon with Lime Juice Spaghetti. and Zhi Wei orderd the Chicken with Japanese Sesame Sauce Spaghetti. Prices are not that expensive. a main course would range from ard $8 to $12. :D Hairloom and Caramel Add: 100 Beach Road, #01-52 Shaw Towers, Singapore 189702 Tel: 62952188 Web: hairloomandcaramel.blogspot.com Operating Hours: Mondays to Thursdays 12pm – 8pm Fridays & Saturdays 12pm – 10pm Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
