On Friday, 8 August 2025, Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore partners with The Burning Oak for a special one-night-only Poolside BBQ Buffet celebrating Singapore’s National Day.
Priced at S$60++ per person, the menu features local-inspired grilled specialties including Hickory Smoked Beef Cheeks with rendang gravy, Assam Pedas Smoked Pork Ribs, and Grilled Chicken with pineapple satay sauce. Other highlights include Grilled Char Siew Pork Belly, Hainan Chicken Rice Pilaf, and Nonya Kueh for dessert.
