Designed with trendy and graphic elements that reflect the cosmopolitan rhythms and dynamism of the Lion City, Hotel G, formerly known as BIG Hotel, is the ideal retreat for fun and relaxation after a day of exploration.
Hotel G Singapore features a total of 308 cozy and stylish non-smoking rooms, categorizes into 4 different room types such as the Good Room, Great Room, Greater Room and Family Room which reflects the brand’s signature quirky style. We’re given a Great Room (16 to 18 sqm.) during our stay and we’re impressed with the use of space which makes the room looks spacious and comfortable to stay in.
All rooms are equipped with a 32-inch IPTV system with screen mirroring options filled with lots of channels that you can choose from, ranging from news to lifestyles and movies. Guests can also download a press reader application on their own devices for access to over 6,000 newspapers and magazines, translated in 60 languages.
The rooms are also outfitted with quality linens which gave us a pretty good rest during our stay. A rain shower and bathroom amenities from Australian brand METIS can be found in the bathroom too. There is also a study desk with USB points made available for your entertainment and business needs.
Although there isn’t an infinity pool on the premises, there’s a 24/7 fitness centre which offers training facilities such as treadmills, weight machines in a ‘vintage’ setting.
There are two signature restaurants located at the ground level of Hotel G Singapore. Ginett Wine Bar & Restaurant, as well as the 25 Degree Burgers & Liquor Bar. Buffet breakfast is served at Ginett from 7:00am to 10:00am at a price of $18++.
Located within walking distance to a few train stations, you can easily access all major entertainment areas such as Orchard Road for the shopaholics and Bugis for it’s rich culture and heritage. Attractions such as the Merlion Park and Gardens by the Bay is a stone’s throw away too!
