We love the Hua Diao Phoenix Pot 花雕火凤凰汤底 and Tantalizing Tom Yum 冬荫汤底 ! The Hua Diao Phoenix was a hearty soup with Chinese Hua Diao wine that gave it an additive layer of flavour on top of the rich umami already from the chicken. The Tom Yum on the other hand was well balanced with just the right amount of heat and sourness.
All the ingredients were really fresh and you could taste the quality of the meat. The highlight was the classic Thai style COCA Chilli Sauce which gave the meats a lovely zing.
Overall we felt it was value for money and very yummy with quality meats.
