Mid-Autumn Festival is coming up soon, and this year Man Fu Yuan at Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore has put together a mooncake collection that leans hard into the neighbourhood it calls home: Bugis.

Under the theme A Living House of Craftsmanship, the 2026 lineup covers three tiers: an all-new snow skin series inspired by the streets around Bugis, the returning low-sugar baked classics, and a premium gifting set built around a full tea service.

What's New: Nanyang Reverie Snow Skin Mooncakes 南洋绮梦冰皮月饼系列

This is the headline act of the collection: four brand-new snow skin flavours, each one tied to a different pocket of the Bugis and Kampong Glam area.

• Emerald Chendol, Red Bean, Jackfruit and Gula Melaka Truffle (翡翠煎蕊红豆菠萝蜜·椰糖松露冰皮月饼): pandan-infused snow skin wrapped around red bean and gula melaka lotus paste with jackfruit, hiding a molten gula melaka truffle centre. A dessert-stall classic, reworked.
• Velvet Milk Tea, Orange & White Chocolate Truffle (丝绒奶茶·香橙白巧克力松露冰皮月饼): a nod to Golden Mile's Thai food scene, pairing milk tea with orange and a white chocolate truffle core.
• Nanyang Charcoal Coffee and Dark Chocolate Truffle (炭焙南洋咖啡·乌巧克力松露冰皮月饼): inspired by kopitiam culture, with charcoal-roasted coffee notes running into a dark chocolate truffle centre.
• Lychee Rose with Lychee Truffle (奶香荔枝松露冰皮月饼): a lighter, floral finish referencing Arab Street, combining rose, milk and lychee.

Each box holds four pieces (one of each flavour) and comes housed in a heritage-inspired keepsake tin.

The baked mooncake collection comes in maroon-and-cream keepsake boxes with a leather-inspired finish, designed after the arches at Frasers House's entrance and sturdy enough to be repurposed once the mooncakes are gone.
