GP Management presents The Podium Lounge A-List After-Parties over the 2016 FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX on Friday 16, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September from 10pm. The three-day adrenaline-fuelled weekend kicks off on Friday 16 September with Award-Winning British Pop Goddess Sophie Ellis-Bextor and closes with ‘American Boy’ songtress and Grammy Winner Estelle.
In its 8th consecutive year at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, this sell-out, celebrity packed event is returning to The Grand Ballroom of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, which undergoes a dramatic transformation into a glamorous ultra lounge featuring a dizzying overhead catwalk and VIP balconies offering a magical party experience with the racing community for up to 3,000 guests per night. The Podium Lounge Singapore follows successful stints around the globe including Monaco, Melbourne and Abu Dhabi.
Expect nightly performances as well as Fashion Circuit by ZENCHI, a Singapore label famed for dressing supermodel Naomi Campbell and global celebrities such as Fann Wong, Zoe Tay and Kit Chan.
There is also an exhibition by acclaimed artist Kumari Nahappan featuring a combination of her famed paintings and sculptures. Charity is now deeply entrenched in The Podium Lounge weekend and this year will see a series of live auctions of authenticated and exceptionally rare F1 memorabilia with all proceeds going to charity.
