The brand new Surf & Turf at award-winning Edge on Tuesday nights will impress both crustacean and meat lovers with an extensive variety of premium fusion items. Relish the unlimited servings of Chef de Cuisine Ken Zheng’s cleverly curated delicacies combining the best of both worlds – ocean-fresh seafood and artisanal cuts.
Expect a wide variety of newly crafted dishes such as the new Torched Wagyu Beef with Salmon Chirashi, consisting of wagyu beef, salmon, asparagus, tamagoyaki, sesame seeds and scallions, Italian and Korean fusion of Spicy Beef Bulgogi Pizza with Shrimps, 24-hour Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib topped with Seared Hokkaido Scallops and Wok-fried Fish Noodles with Roasted Pork and Yellow Chives.
Other new unique creations include Chicken and Baby Squid coated in Spiced Batter (Surf & Turf ‘65’), Braised Oxtail with Sea Conch, Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya, and Steamed Bakwan with Crabmeat Sauce.
Surf & Turf is available every Tuesday evening from 6:30pm to 10:30pm at Edge, and is priced at SGD78 per adult, inclusive of unlimited local beverages, coffee and tea.
