Thank you Jen for the kind hospitality as we had a great staycation at Hotel Jen Orchardgateway a few weeks back 😉 Formerly known as Traders Hotel, Hotel Jen Orchardgateway is a brand new hotel, situated right in the heart of the famous shopping district in Singapore, Orchard Road. There’s everything you need right in the surrounding area. We’re excited to be here and we can’t wait to show you around!
There’s two locations for hotel check in, one at level 10 for the normal rooms while the other is located at level 19 for club rooms with club privileges.
We got a Superior City View room and I got to say the room is pretty compact yet don’t make you feel squeezy in it. Very good usage of space in the room.

Toiletries with shampoo, bath gel, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush etc where you do not have to worry of forgetting to bring yours along.
Commonly found in most hotels are the safe, ironing board can be found here at Hotel Jen Orchardgateway too. They even have an umbrella for you in case you need to be out on a rainy or sunny weather!
The superior room doesn’t come with a bathtub but they do have a rainshower. If you want a room with bathtub, go for the deluxe and premier category.

When booking your room, you can choose to include the Club Lounge access with a nominal fee. With the access to the Club Lounge located at 19th floor, you get to enjoy a panoramic city view and a host of thoughtful touches up there!
With the Club Lounge access, you get exclusive check-in and check-out with complimentary drinks and snacks all day long, as well as a special breakfast buffet too. There’s also complimentary evening cocktail available daily as you enjoy a cup or two while enjoying the beautiful city view.

Wind down at Jen’s Ladies Night every Friday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm with unlimited bubbly, wine and tapas for just SGD 15*.
Not to worry if you are feeling hungry at night as you can purchase cup noodles, cookies, snacks and drinks from the vending machine available at the lift lobby on every level.
Ice dispenser machine available too.
Now, let’s check out the pool! Complete your stay by visiting the sensational rooftop pool. Enjoy the beautiful Singapore’s skyline as you lie on the deck chair, gazing the sky.

Makan@Jen is a all-day restaurant that offers both a la carte and buffet style options. There are a few cooking stations which provide local and international treats 🙂 Seafood lover gonna love the spread they have there and they are SOOO GOOD!

Buffet breakfast is served at both the Club lounge at Level 19 and at Makan@Jen. If you prefer to have a bigger spread to choose from, go for the one at Makan@Jen, but if you prefer a quieter environment for your breakfast, you can choose to have it at the Club lounge.
