All you need to do is to lie down comfortably on the bed, and the friendly staff and take care of everything. A cooling gel will be applied on the area that you want to have your treatment at as it will get a little hot or warm during the treatment.
It all depends on individual tolerance to heat as for me, i can still ta han the heat from the treatment, though at times it gets really HOT! You can just inform the staff abt it and they will adjust accordingly to suit your comfort 😉 but you see, 愛美總是需要付出代價的嗎~
Each treatment last ard 30 to 40 mins and this is how my tummy looked like after the treatment.
i do find that the area is slightly abit more firmer but you don’t really get a dramatic effect from just one session. It’s best to go for a series of 3 to 5 treatments over a period of several months to have a more noticeable difference 🙂
