For one night only, Keyaki presents an exclusive sake pairing dinner on Thursday, 27 July 2017, featuring a curated selection of sakes from long-established brewery, Shichiken, established in the 17th century.
Using the purest water from the Ojiro River in the Yamanashi Prefecture, Shichiken Brewery employs a traditional sake brewing process combined with a unique fermentation technique that has been handed down for generations. Guests may savour the finest sakes that perfectly complement the exquisite six-course Kaiseki menu designed by our team of dedicated Chefs.
The sake dinner is priced at SGD180 per person.
