Love the ‘chill-lux’ habitat – a cosy and lush green interior tastefully spruced to remind you of both home and Eden.
Even the washroom is so nicely decorated!
Now get ready to enjoy intimate home dining experience as the owners reinterpreted favourites with an Asian flair, and you might be happy to know, without the MSG 🙂
As a start, we ordered the 5-SPICE ROAST PORK & RICE BROTH ($23) to share.
Slow-roasted pork belly, served with sambal chilli, which is very good, sweet sauce and wolfberry rice broth to help reduce the saltiness of the roast pork if you find it too salty.
TRUFFLE FRIES ($12)
Shoe-string fries in truffle oil, parmesan cheese and parsley
BABI PONGTEH ($20)
Instead of dipping your French Baguette aka Jiam Tao Roti with curry, try it with the slow-cooked pork belly in tao jio and assam gravy, served with fresh green chilli. Taste was excellent though we felt that the pork belly can bit a little more tender.
PRAWN RAVIOLI ($22)
Creamy prawn filling, with ginger-garlic-thyme butter sauce
Signature mains include the Prawn Ravioli, creamy prawn filling, with ginger-garlic-thyme butter sauce topped with crispy pine nuts. Eat it while it’s HOT!
We’re lucky that night as these fresh mussels just arrived! Here’s a pot of mussels with garlic and chili padi which taste woo la la~! sorry I do not have the price list as this isn’t on the menu. So do check with the chef on what’s available on that day and tada~ you’ll be surprised to try something new that day!
MISO COD & ULAM ONIGIRI ($30)
Oven-roasted miso cod, belachan assam herb rice balls accompanied by cucumber salad in plum sauce and calamansi juice dressing
ROAST CHICKEN ($24)
Yellow corn baby chicken roasted with an Asian spice rub, served with sour cream slaw
What’s for dessert? All dessert at CREATURES are home-made and while stocks last! Look at this TIRAMISU ($10), so nicely presented right?
If you prefer something lighter, go for the LAVENDER EARL GREY TEA CAKE ($6) Earl Grey Cake + Lavender Diplomat Cream
And this is their signature cake, CREATURES CHOCOLATE CAKE ($15) Espresso Chocolate Sponge, served with coconut ice-cream + home-made salted caramel + pink Himalayan sea salt
Overall, it’s a nice place if you are looking to gather with your friends or have a date with your loved one. I’m sure anyone whom visit this place will love the dining experience.
