Publico x Hendrick’s Homecoming
In partnership with Hendrick’s Gin, South East Asia Brand Ambassador Charmaine Thio, has created a selection of Summer Remedy Cocktails which are featured from now until 2 August. The line-up includes the Garibaldi Sbagliato, Raspberry Rose Royale, and the Meadow Mule. Partake in unusual activities like growing virtual cucumbers and take snaps at the living photo wall to receive cups of Hendrick’s Gin on the house, for a limited time only!

New Menu Highlights
Publico’s chefs have been cooking up fresh flavours such as the Tuna Crudo featuring a summery combination of tuna, puttanesca sauce and mozzarella campana. Other highlights include the Crab Mamma Rosa Rigatoni with a nostalgic creamy sauce and an added spicy twist, the Foie Gras Risotto featuring Carnaroli rice from Piedmont cooked with Tuscan San Giovese wine, and the Grilled Swordfish accompanied by a uniquely Venetian red onion saor.
Available for brunch on the weekends, and dinner daily.
