[Photo Post] Our Memories in Phuket

Finally after so long, i’ve managed to get these images done and up here. It’s been 2 months and i’m sure the memories i had with my colleagues will always be with me. This phuket trip marks the last overseas trip i’ll have with my previous company.

Now. enough said, enjoy the photos!

We suggested to have something more localized for breakfast and our driver that we hired brought us to this small little eatery along the road side which serves DIM SUM, yes, haha in a unique way, together with my ice thai tea and glass noodle soup. Surprisingly… it’s GOOD! 😀

Visited the outlet shopping plaza which i didn’t buy anything much as the price are almost about the same in singapore…

Cashew nuts factory. I never knew that cashew nuts looks like this…

As ironic as it sounds, these sausages are selling within the temple compound.

Late lunch was settled at this nice cafe, situated on the cliff with a nice scenery overlooking the harbor.

After lunch, i went for my first ever elephant ride which i’ve decided that this shall be my first and last elephant ride as i just don’t feel good on how the elephants are treated 🙁

we also visited the BIG Buddha which is currently still under construction, but from what i heard from my boss, there’s a huge progress since his last visit.

Finally after touring around upon touching down, we arrived at the hotel. The Old Phuket Hotel located at Karon Beach 😉

Rooms are really spacious and i quite like the room, but the bed is a disappointment as it’s alittle too hard for me :/

The awesome pool and view 🙂

After washing up, together with a few of them, we went out to walk around and explore for some place to have our dinner. The hotel is well located with rows of shops and restaurants right outside, connecting the the beach. Bought 2 singlets to accommodate the HOT HOT weather there~

My favourite basil minced chicken for dinner

Followed by a good foot massage.

Didn’t went for any night activities as we are going for our island hopping the next day, where we have to be up early… so went to bed early that night with my… brown bear!

view of the pool in the early morning..

breakfast with heart-shaped waffles 🙂

Ready to go!

We arrived at the Coral island for some sea sports and activities… which i did not of them. hahaha~ just wanna relax and let the time goes by

Next we were transported to raya island where we can either relax by the beach or go for snorkeling

our buffet lunch

finally i get to see real turquoise sea! so beautiful!

Geared up for snorkel but i’m still unable to overcome the fear in the open sea, so i didn’t really snorkel :X

but i enjoyed floating around in the water with my life jacket. hahahaha~

back to the hotel! wash up and heading out for dinner. It’s been a tiring day and we’re all super hungry!

MK restaurant for dinner! yumm yumm~

after dinner, we took a stroll down patong beach.. interesting place.

too tired for a day of island hopping, as usual we slept early again hahaha~ no good night pic here but a good morning pic instead! 😀

and making use of the bathtub.. shiok!

followed by a spa session~ woo lalala~

and desserts at the movenpick hotel cafe. i love my day so far!

went back room and rest for awhile before it’s dinner time

at this nice restaurant by the name of MAMA.. love the nautical theme!

tried out the famous banana pancake as well… which i find it alittle too sweet for me :/

As it’s our last night in Phuket, we didn’t want to end it too early, so went went to a cafe for some drinks and desserts 😉

Last morning in Phuket! aww both me and brown is feeling sad the trip is coming to an end 🙁

breakfast before we explore the beach nearby

back to the hotel and we’re ready to check out of the room and head over to the airport…

Good bye Phuket and i’m really thankful for this company trip despite my last day right after the trip. It was great travelling with them and i hope, probably in future we get to travel again too. 🙂
