PAZZION Café at Jewel Changi Airport introduced nine new dishes that span from an eclectic mix of healthy superfood such as the couscous and homemade granola, desserts like waffles and creme caramel, and flavourful mains.

Since we started four months ago, we have been getting positive feedback from our customers and members of the media. While we are a shoe brand, this extension into food & beverage is a natural progression that took some years in the making and we are dedicated to bringing the same quality of our merchandise to the table with our food and drinks” said Tom Ng, Founder of PAZZION and PAZZION Café.

The Team has been researching and creating new dishes to add on to its menu of hearty, wholesome food, alongside artisanal coffee, cocktails, drinks, and here are some dishes that we’ve tried.

We started our meal with the Crabmeat Pomelo Salad $17, a generous portion of greens consisting Endive and Mesclun tossed with delicious shredded Crab Meat and juicy Pomelo flesh. Drizzled with light Mango Mint sauce that adds a sweet citrusy kick to the dish, it will leave you craving for more.

Next is this Instagram-worthy homemade Granola Bowl $14 that packs a crunchy punch. Sprinkled with fragrant Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds, this granola bowl is one of our favourite dish at PAZZION Café. Fresh berries are added for a welcome burst of tartness to cut the sweetness of the honey yogurt. This can be a healthy breakfast choice to kick start the day right.

Moving on to the mains, we managed to try a few selections from the all-day dining menu and here are some of our favourite ones.

If you are an egg-lover, I would strongly recommend you to order the Stuffed and Flaky $16, which is a perfect indulgent for egg-lovers. The sweet and flaky croissant is stuffed with soft, moist scrambled egg and a generous spread of avocado.

Another dish worth trying is the El Cubanos $18. The Cuban sandwich is made of two thick and warm Ciabatta bread, stacked full of flavourful slow-cooked pulled pork, sweet honey-baked ham with the combination of spicy Jalapeños, swiss cheese and overlaid with Mayo Mustard. This sandwich comes with a side of crispy chips too.

Looking for something hearty and more filling, Try the Cold Truffle Pasta $18, or the King Prawn Linguine $22. The angel hair pasta drizzled with truffle oil is cooked to an optimal texture to bring out the springiness of the pasta. The pan-seared scallops complement well with the right amount of chew and softness. Served with 2 pieces of King Prawn, bacon, garlic butter, and cream sauce, the King Prawn Linguine is another option for those who prefer something creamy and garlicky.

Putting a nice closure to our meal, we have the Mixed Berries Waffles $14, drizzled with Salted Caramel Sauce and showered with homemade cookie crumble; topped off with mixed berries and a scoop of Vanilla ice cream to hit the sweet spot for the dessert lovers.

Also not forgetting to mention about the drinks menu, where we each tried the Avocado Gula Melaka Smoothies $7.50 and the Mixed Berries Smoothies $8.50 which is not overly sweet and you can taste the freshness of the berries too.
