Pan Pacific Singapore zooms straight into the heart of the Singapore Night Race with a line-up of exhilarating activities.
From 12 September to 18 September, be on your mark to Pan Pacific Singapore’s Bubble Lift “Race” and watch the indoor bubble lifts transform into “race cars”. Make a guess on the fastest time taken for the “race cars” to rise up to level 22 of the hotel and the ten winners with the correct or closest guess can speed off with staycation and dining vouchers at our restaurants. Prizes include a night stay at the Panoramic Room with breakfast, Surf and Turf at Edge, Weekend Dim Sum Brunch at Hai Tien Lo and Peranakan or English Afternoon Tea at Pacific Marketplace. To participate, simply write in the time on the race forms, available at Atrium, Edge or Pacific Marketplace and return them to the associates.
Race enthusiasts can refuel at the hotel’s pit stop, Pacific Marketplace, with two special Champion Menus* inspired by the racers’ high protein and greens diet. Get your engines running with two three-course Champion Menus curated by Executive Sous Chef Elson Cheong and the culinary team. Highly experienced, Chef Elson has led the Pan Pacific Singapore team to be crowned as the “Overall Winner” in Hospitality Suite Menu Planning, “Best Friday Menu” and “Best Sunday Menu” during the TrackChef Culinary Competition Finals 2016. Chef Elson also designed the 88-dish local menu with a team of dieticians from Singapore Sports Institute and prepared the meals for our Olympians at the Singapore House in the recent Rio de Janeiro Olympics.
To enhance the circuit ambience, associates will be dressed in race-inspired uniforms during the period of the Singapore Night Race. From 14 September to 18 September, motorists are also able to access Pan Pacific Singapore’s main entrance through a single E-Lane road from Nicoll Highway and Temasek Boulevard to Raffles Boulevard.
