OPPO fans can look forward to two new editions to the OPPO family with the launch of the OPPO Mirror 5s and Neo 5s this August. Both smartphones continue to deliver the brand’s promise of superior product design, attention to detail and exceptional user experience all at a remarkable price.
Designed for the bold and the stylish, the OPPO Mirror 5s sports a unique mirror-like back. This reflective surface comprises individually cut and embossed glass sections that reflect light in different directions – creating a diamond-like bling like no other.
This 7.65mm-thin, 160g light smartphone with a 1,280 x 720 5-inch screen is powered by a Quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, 2GB RAM and has 16GB of internal flash storage, expandable to another 128GB with a Micro SD card. It has dual 4G SIM-card slots and offers innovative photography modes via its 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera.
The Mirror 5s in white will be available at all Singtel and M1 stores, and select retail outlets from August 29 at $369.
OPPO Neo 5s: Affordable, Feature-Packed, Dual-SIM, 4G phone
This 8mm-thin, 135g light smartphone with a 4.5-inch 854×480 screen is powered by a Quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB RAM and has 8GB of internal flash storage, expandable to another 128GB with a micro SD card. It has dual 4G SIM-card slots and offers innovative photography modes via its 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front camera.
The Neo 5s shares many of the goodness of its Mirror 5s cousin. It has the same sturdy bi-metallic frame with cross beams for strength, a very capable 8-megapixel rear camera, expandable memory, smart gestures through the ColorOS2.1 interface and more.
It also has dual SIM-card slots supporting 4G, so friends and family can still make calls to the user’s Singapore number even when the user is abroad. At the same time, users can also use a local SIM card at their destination to save on data roaming charges.
The OPPO Neo 5s is now available at all Singtel and M1 stores, and select retail outlets at $229.
