LEVI’S Best 501 Interpretation Blog Finalist
By now i’m sure you would have known about it, but if you’re not aware, i’m glad to officially announced that Darren Bloggie is one of the Finalist in the Singapore Blog Awards 2013 : LEVI’S Best 501 Interpretation Blog! woohoo~ *throw confetti*
As one of the finalists, we were invited to attend the Party held at ZOUK last wednesday to celebrate 140 Years of the iconic and original 501 jeans!
When i arrived, there was some games ongoing on stage whereby the contestant will need to get the bottle of beer from one end to the other end of the jeans that the models are wearing. Hmm… sounds interesting 😛
when it gets alittle tooo TIGHT, you just need to unbuckle and pull your jeans down hahaha!!!
After the games, it’s Fashion Show Time! One of the main highlights of the night that i’m looking forward to! Let’s take a look at the Levis Spring/Summer Collection 2013 🙂
That’s quite an extensive range of styles right?! Be it sweet, hippy, cool, punk, causal, formal etc, you can mix them with any levis apparels! Now after watching the show, i felt so inspired and i’m so looking forward to my shopping spree at LEVI’S to create my own 501 interpretation!
That’s not the end yet as we have our local celebrity ambassadors Ya Hui & Ian Fang together with The Muttons on stage for some games session with the fans 🙂
This is another challenging game whereby each team (forms up of 3 pax) are to put on the jeans and bottoms up the mug of beer in the shortest time.
William seems to be doing pretty well! 😀

Lastly we have Ross and Bobbi for the last game session on stage…

Took a few pics with the other finalists but noticed that it’s all with their camera :X and the only one that i’ve taken with mine is Sheron! 🙂
It was a fun night spent with the bloggers and it’s also my first time to ZOUK! (i’m not a clubber so i dun really go clubbing you see) but it’s really nice in there lah~
Before i end my entry, here’s my #ootd for the party with my Levi’s checked shirt and engineer jeans ( i bought this during my poly days and it’s still good now, just that it seems to be a little too big for me now. I was 90kg at that point of time :X )
