This year, the new Har Cheong Roast Turkey ($168+, 6kg) takes centre stage with a local twist. Inspired by Singapore’s favourite Har Cheong Gai (prawn paste chicken), the Cantonese-style turkey is marinated for 24 hours with prawn paste and traditional Chinese yellow rice wine, then roasted for 2 hours to golden perfection. The juicy and tender turkey tastes divine with our house-made truffle brown sauce and ideal to be shared among 10 to 12 diners.
The Har Cheong Turkey comes with Asian-style bread stuffing, roast potatoes, festive vegetables, seasonal greens with house-made dressing. Savour flavours of the holiday season with traditional classics such as the all-time favourite Traditional Roast Christmas Turkey with cornbread stuffing, roast potatoes, braised brussels sprouts with bacon, braised red cabbage, maple caramelised chestnuts, festive vegetables and accompanying condiments such as cranberry and giblet gravy. The Christmas Turkey is ideal for a party of 10 to 12 guests.
