Tried out this Fu Lin Tou Fu Yuen (Fu Lin Beans & Garden) yong tau foo stall opened not long ago along Telok Ayer Street, which is just opps where i’m working at. For friends whom know me well, i can’t take in bean or nuts products as i’ve arthritis, therefore those items that i can pick for yong tau foo are kinda limited as well as you can see from the image above 😛
The noodle is one of my favourite as it’s really nice! with that special sauce mixed with minced meat in it, marvelous! its alittle similar to those zha jiang mian from taiwan and szechuan..
A total of 6 pieces of yong tau foo, with the noodle and a cup of drink cost me $6.30. Slightly more expensive than those u bought from the hawker center.
Overall i think it’s still a must try, especially the noodles 😛
