The Gallery Experience: Frosted Flair arrives at Mandarin Gallery with a pop-up ice cream bar serving up sweet, summery treats crafted from scratch by FATCAT Ice Cream Bar.
From 28th to 30th October, shoppers can enjoy complimentary gourmet soft serve ice cream in either a homemade charcoal cone or in a customized cup. The just-churned ice cream will come in exotic flavours that are especially hard to resist – Salted Egg Yolk on Friday and Saturday, and Sunday will feature Hay & Honey.
To redeem the complimentary treats, shoppers will need to either follow Mandarin Gallery on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mandaringallery/) or show a receipt of their purchase from the mall. All treats are while stocks last.
Shoppers can also select from a variety of gorgeous toppings like rainbow-coloured meringues, edible flowers, caramel popcorn, honeycomb and a charcoal white chocolate sauce with a sparkle of gold dust to dress up their sunny-day cone or cup
The pop-up ice cream bar located in front of Mandarin Gallery will start serving the imaginatively delicious treats from 12 noon onwards on 28 to 30 Oct 2016. Stay tuned to @MandarinGallery’s Instagram for Happy Hour each day, when shoppers will be able to pick up FATCAT’s all-time best seller, the Lime Mojito Sphere, to sit and savour in the sunshine. Each sphere is a refreshing burst of lime and rum cocktail, meant as a light and refreshing alternative to the soft serve ice cream
