The kitchen table embraces the value of ‘Food from the Heart’, paying homage to the home kitchen. Inspired by the vibrant Indian culture, the supplemental menu in the month of November takes on a repertoire of creations with a refreshing twist and brilliantly captures the essence of the Indian food culture with an exquisite selection of kebabs, naans, biryanis and curries.
The Indian cuisine covers a spectrum of culinary flavours characterised by thick, tasty gravies that feature the liberal use of dairy products such as paneer, ghee and yoghurt, as well as nuts and spices like chilly and saffron.
Key staples of the menu features India’s best known and most enjoyed culinary exports such as the fragrant Chicken Tikka Masala (boneless chicken cooked in masala gravy).
