SINGAPORE – To commemorate the Dragon Boat Festival, Peach Blossoms presents a range of rice dumpling flavours, specially handcrafted by our award-winning Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong.
The Blazing Pig Trotter Rice Dumpling ($128* per piece) serves four and is available for dine-in guests only. Encased in clay and baked to retain the moisture and flavour of the ingredients, the rice dumpling is packed with juicy pig trotter in fermented beancurd, abalone, conpoy, Japanese flower mushroom and chestnut, offering varying textures and tastes. Diners will also be treated to a memorable dining experience as the Chef breaks the “clay rock” open, revealing the mouth-watering ingredients. Available daily in limited quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis.
The signature Premium XO Cantonese Rice Dumpling ($38.80* per piece) is filled with abalone, conpoy, Kurobuta pork belly, smoked duck, Japanese flower mushroom, and tastefully complemented by our Chef’s homemade XO sauce. This epicurean pocket is a savoury treat for four persons.
The traditional ‘Hakka’ Kurobuta Pork Belly Rice Dumpling ($20.80* per piece) features generous fillings of succulent Kurobuta pork belly with fermented beancurd, Japanese flower mushroom, dried shrimp, chestnut and salted egg yolk. Diners with a sweet tooth will also enjoy the Hokkaido Sweet Potato ‘Lava’ Rice Dumpling ($18.80* per piece), filled with luscious purple Hokkaido sweet potato custard in butterfly pea glutinous rice.
