SINGAPORE – With prime location views of the Marina Bay festivities, Artemis Grill & Sky Bar have created a limited edition 3-course menu to mark the occasion, available only on the 9 th August for dinner, starting at $98++ per person.
Start your meal with a choice of delicious appetizers that include creamy Burrata served with pesto and peaches, Beef or Scallop & Hamachi Tartare and Fremantle Octopus. Move on to Artemis’ main dishes, enjoy Black Cod served with clams and Champagne beurre blanc, Iberico Pork Chop with chorizo and eggplant puree, Chicken Breast with white bean skordalia or Corn Agnolotti with goat cheese and winter truffle as a vegetarian option. For vegans, the Spicy Lentil Fritter with red cabbage and tahini is a popular choice.
Optional sharing platters are also available, including Australian F1 Wagyu Côte de Boeuf, 1.1kg served with Grilled Asparagus, and Moroccan Lamb Chops, 800g Green Chermoula served with cauliflower couscous and pomegranate relish.
Dessert lovers won’t be left disappointed with a choice of three indulgent selections including Sticky Date Cake served with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice-cream, Dark Chocolate & Caramel Torte served with mascarpone gelato or Dulce De Leche Flan served with almonds and assorted berries.
Dining aside, Artemis Grill sits upon CapitaGreen’s 40 th floor with unparalleled panoramic views of the superb Singapore skyline. One of Artemis’ resident DJ’s will be spinning all night long and the Sky Bar will be open exclusively for those dining-in that evening.
