Celebrated with joyful and memorable reunions, the celestial Mid-Autumn Festival is marked with the spirit of gratitude and gatherings to admire the glorious full moon; the symbol of peace and prosperity.
Conrad Centennial Singapore honour this festivity with an assortment of specially curated mooncakes. This year’s newly introduced varieties include Traditional Baked Honey Osmanthus, Traditional Baked Red Bean Paste and Orange Peel, Maple Walnut Snowskin and Blue Pea Flower Cream Cheese Snowskin mooncakes.
Classic varieties, Traditional Baked Single Yolk in White Lotus Paste and Traditional Baked Double Yolk in White Lotus Paste mooncakes are also available and made in accordance to traditional recipes. All-time favourites – Green Tea Snowskin, Hazelnut Crunch in White Lotus Snowskin as well as the Sweet Potato in Crispy Filo Pastry mooncakes, will also make their return this year.
Taking centre stage is the elegant mooncake boxes that come in three colours – Limited Edition Emerald Green, Limited Edition Burgundy Red and Auspicious Red. Both of the limited edition boxes (Emerald Green and Burgundy Red) also have a classic crocodile-patterned finishing, making it the perfect jewellery chest.
Leading to this festivity, The Terrace will also be transformed into a palatial mooncake counter with different varieties of mooncakes displayed together with a selection of luxurious gift boxes. Mooncakes will be available for sale and collection at The Terrace from 31 July to 13 September 2019, as well as Takashimaya Square, Ngee Ann City (B2 Level) from 8 August to 13 September 2019.
