SINGAPORE – Get into the Christmas spirit with Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse, enjoying new festive-flavoured dishes that will be added onto the classic a la carte menus for the month of December, along with a special addition for the Christmas weekend.
From 1 st December onward, begin your dining experience with the seasonal appetizer Tuna Carpaccio served with Smoked Eggplant, Arugula, Parmigiano Reggiano and Basil ($28). For the second course (should you have room), enjoy the new housemade pasta dish Spaghetti Al Tartufo with Black Winter Truffle and Pecorino Romano ($38).
The main affair includes all our classic steak cuts, plus a new sharing special: Signature F1 Wagyu Tomahawk sitting at a whopping 1.3kg ($258). Accompanying your meat, tuck into these seasonal side dishes: Mac n’ Cheese made with Bechamel, Gruyère Cheese, Bread Crumbs ($18) or the ever-popular festive Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Smoked Bacon and Wholegrain Mustard ($16).
Last but certainly not least, enjoy the new decadent White Christmas Yule Cake made with Limoncello, Vanilla Cream and Raspberry Gelato ($16).
For the Christmas weekend only (23-25 December), we’ll also be featuring a sharing 560g Tenderloin “Chateaubriand” ($198) served with Chargrilled Asparagus, Maitake Mushrooms and Au Poivre Peppercorn sauce, along with festive decorated tables. For Christmas gift ideas for your loved ones, Bistecca dining vouchers are also available and can be delivered or self-collected from the restaurant.
