Celebrate Lunar New Year of the Dog at Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy

Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy is introducing a series of traditional takeaways and new additions by Head Chef Victor Lee and Head Chef Lester Wang for the Lunar New Year of the Dog from 12 January 2018 to 4 March 2018.

Customized set menus which are ideal for dinner gatherings with both family and friends are available at Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant. Starting from $329.00 per table of four persons, diners can enjoy signature dishes such as Steamed Barramundi with Chef’s Homemade Green Chilli Sauce, Braised Abalone with Dried Oyster in Golden Bag, Jia Wei Charcoal Grilled Suckling Pig and more.

If you prefer to avoid the crowd and enjoy your reunion dinner at the comfort of your home, Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy also provides a wide selection of home-made takeaways from Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant, such as Head Chef Victor Lee’s new Golden Treasure Barbeque Set that consist of the restaurant’s signature trio roasted delights and “Buddha Jumps Over The Wall” with Chef’s signature herbal broth. Fortune Pot “Pen Cai” is also available as well too.

The hotel is also hosting a Lunar New Year buffet over at Feast@East Buffet Restaurant, Level Three where diners
can expect to enjoy a mixture of authentic Lunar New Year dishes and Western favourites. Senior and Pioneer Citizens can enjoy special prices as well.

Bring home some handmade Lunar New Year cookies and pastries by Head Chef Lester Wang at Wave Café. Besides the ever-popular Pineapple Tarts, Lemongrass Cookies and Fragrance Honey Bee Hive, do not miss new creations that include Salted Egg Cookies, Lemon Butter Cookies, Gula Melaka Chiffon Cake and Rainbow Chiffon Cake. During the months of January and February 2018, enjoy two set meals: Herbal Duck Soup In Claypot With Steamed Rice and Grilled Seabass With Salted Egg Yolk Sauce and Beet Risotto.
