Was supposed to head down for a brunch tasting session at raffles hotel last saturday but i didn’t managed to make it as i was already running late and the cab i took decided to brake down… so in the end i went for brunch with Mr C, since he is looking for someone to brunch together at DOC Document of Caffeine which both of us wanted to try out. 🙂
Initially i though it wouldnt be very crowded but when we reached there, it’s quite filled up with families and couples. Luckily we managed to get a seat without having to wait for long 😉

Mr C ordered the signature DOC Breakfast platter which consist of scrambled egg & bacon wrapped meatloaf on toasted brioche served with tomato confit and cheese bocconcini $18
the tomato was extremely juicy that you might mistook it as a watermelon and the cheese bocconcini is soo cheesy! love it!
I ordered the Sausage, Mushrooms and Egg which is new on the menu. It came with cumberland sausage with mushrooms ragout topped with sunny side up egg on toasted sourdough $18
Not too bad but i still prefer the one Mr C ordered. ahahahaha~
A cup of latte is a must to go with it 😉
ending perfectly with the lavender cake which taste sooo good especially when the aroma of the lavender linger in ur mouth!
Definitely a place worth visiting and im definitely going back again soon 😉
