Available on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, guests will be able to enjoy crowd-pleasing epicurean delights with unlimited mains curated by our culinary team. Whet appetites with grilled flat bread served with a special dip made of butternut squash, sage, hazelnut and shredded parmesan cheese before adjourning to appetisers.
Diners may enjoy unlimited servings of the aromatic succulent meats on hot plates including Grilled Grass Fed Australian Tandoori Lamb Cutlets, Soy and Mustard Harami Steak, Tiger Prawns coated with Garlic Butter and Coriander and Lemon Marinated Red Snapper Fillet. For those who relish in a spicy punch, the smoky Ayam Bakar, Indonesian Char-Grilled Chicken Thigh infused with spicy sambal sauce is a popular Asian dish.
