The Angry Birds are flying to McDonald’s Singapore this May

Angry Birds fans are in for a treat as these fluffy little creatures catapult into McDonald’s® Singapore this month!

As part of a global partnership with Sony Pictures Releasing International for the release of The Angry Birds Movie, McDonald’s Singapore will be launching a range of Angry Birds offerings including the Super Red burger, Angry Bird Combo Box – a combination of Chicken McNuggets® and Spicy Nuggets / Jalapeno Chicken Nuggets and Angry Birds Happy Meal® collectibles.

Channel your inner Red

Inspired by the leader of the Angry Birds flock, Red, the Super Red burger features flaming-red buns with a flavoursome combination of a smoky chicken patty, a juicy sliced tomato and a tender egg, topped with a fiery pepper mayo sauce. The Super Red burger is available ala-carte from S$6.10.

The Super Red Extra Value Meal which includes the fiery Super Red burger, French Fries (M) and a refreshing glass of Coca-Cola (16oz) is available from S$7.95. The Super Red burger is available in stores and via McDelivery® from 19 May onwards, while stocks last.

Calling all McNuggets® Lovers!

If you’re a fan of McNuggets, then look forward to bursts of flavours in our Angry Birds Combo Boxes. Along with our famous Chicken McNuggets, these combo boxes will feature a Singaporean favourite – the Spicy Nuggets and a brand new flavour – the Jalapeno Chicken Nuggets. The Angry Bird Combo Box is available in stores and via McDelivery from 19 May onwards, while stocks last.

Angry Birds Power-Up mini games and Selfie Camera

In addition, Rovio Entertainment has developed a Power-Up mini game exclusively for McDonald’s, where players can unlock special game modes and win Power-Up rewards in the Angry Birds mobile game app. For those who love taking selfies, the Angry Birds selfie camera function will give customers a chance to capture pictures of themselves with different Angry Birds characters that can be shared on social media.

Fun for everyone

For a limited time only, Happy Meals will be packaged in a specially designed Angry Birds box and will include an Angry Birds collectible. Each collectible is available free with every Happy Meal purchased in restaurants or via McDelivery and customers can look forward to two new designs every Thursday at 11am.
