- Sri Lanka Crab Claws in Ah Hoi’s Chili Crab Sauce

Festive Cocktails
Inspired by the sight of her mother working at home in a humble kitchen, Bar Manager – Nur Veronica assembled five concoctions and made them into sophisticated Festive Cocktails. The signature cocktail – RAINDROP consists of a Raindrop Cake, Citadelle Gin, Crème de Bananes, Tia Maria and Vanilla Ice Cream.

Jen’s Christmas Market at Tanglin
A curated Christmas Market by Singaporean start-ups, featuring local artisan products will be held at J65 Alfresco, from Friday to Sunday on the three weekends in December before Christmas. Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore will also be selling delicious festive sandwiches and draft beers from the tap at the market.
